the news for 2/25/09

hey guys, Mado is just now back from tryouts. his entire body is aching and his voice is gone (and the voice thing certainly does NOT have anything to do with Mado's screamo screaming in the shower along to his slipknot collection.....<.< ..........>.>

but anyways, onto the news

and the person of the day is Crissy ^_^ (then again, she's always the person of the day....)
but anyways, today Mado poses a question to his viewers.

okay here's the scenario: at school, you have an excuse if your bus is delayed (example: flat tire, fighting, traffic) and the school gives you a pass to class. On the other hand, if your parents drive you to school (or if you drive yourself), and you happen to have a flat tire or run into horrible traffic, you are not excused, even if you can prove the reason that you are late is legit.

i ask you....is that fair??? i mean, sure if youre just lying to get a free pass, then you deserve it, but in Mado's opinion, if you can provide proof of your reason, you should get a pass. please comment what you think.

the news for 2/24/09

im back with the news for tonight, guys!

well first thing's first
-it was really freakin' nice out today. (i mean as in it was sunny. not the temperature)

and next, apparently tennis team tryouts are tomorrow, so wish me luck.
-note: i have NO idea what im gonna do if i make this team, and can't attend band practice....ykno, cause the school sponsored team is SO much better than being in the band (an activity i can earn so solid money for, and an activity im really good at). i mean, dont get me wrong, tennis is awesome, really awesome, but its just sorta fading for me

anyways, today, Mado had a good day. he's got a paper to type up tonight (easy) and he has to assemble a project for spanish class (even easier...).'

let's see....amber is also quitting the band, so i have to really really think quickly about what actions to take....

ah this was an......interesting afternoon to say in the least.....koa and DJ came over and we mainly messed around instead of getting any work done. we only got koa's rhythm down for a song (partially) and then went straight to guitar hero and MGS

just gotta love 'em eh? waking up at 5, cold shower, writing this, and then running through a mile and a half of hellishly cold weather to the bus.....goody

at least we have cereal

i forgot to post a "welcome" vid on here....oops... and i also forgot to report on what this very blog is about.

So, i have just discovered this site today, and i am considering making this the permanent home of my blog....yippee......

and now a message from your captain.....

well, right now in my life, i am currently trying to juggle school, personal needs, a girlfriend, a band, and a bunch of crazy friends and their issues at the same time, and i must say its a bit of a challenge. ^_^ but as far as band news goes...

-Amber is leaving after the battle of the bands competition
-i am picking up guitar next year in order to start learning the notes and such
-i have gotten even faster at the drums (just about 210 BPM max)
-the mic has now arrived
-we decided as a group that our tuning is to be in C
-we neeeeeeed a name
